About
Built to finish what a cleanout starts.
Tailored Home Cleaning is a Chicago cleaning company started by Ryan, owner of Junk Robbers Inc.
For years, Junk Robbers customers (landlords, property managers, realtors and homeowners) called to clear out a unit. The next question was always the same: who's cleaning it? Tailored is the answer, with the same on-time crew culture, now finishing the job with a detailed clean.
How we work
- Clear packages with published prices.
- Checklists and photo documentation.
- One call for a haul-out and a clean, with 15% off the cleaning when you bundle.
We're a service-area business. We come to homes across Chicago and nearby suburbs and don't have a storefront.
The Tailored promise
Missed a spot? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it, free.
Flat, published prices
The price you see is the price you pay. Specialty work is quoted in writing before we start.
Checklists, every visit
Every package has a written scope, so "clean" means the same thing every time.
One call for messy jobs
Our sister company Junk Robbers hauls first and we clean after. Bundle and save 15% on the clean.
